– 4 cups milk
-3 tablespoons of baking powder
Start with heating the milk. After that you need to transfer the milk into a large bowl, that you can put your feet in. Next add the baking powder and mix it well, and when the milk is not too hot you can start with your ‘treatment’.
You will need to relax while your feet are in the bowl with the milk and baking powder and to stay like that for at least 10 minutes.
